合同履行期限：质保期不少于一年（用户单位使用验收合格之日起计算，技术要求中有特殊要求的除外），且终身维护。质保期内由中标人承担每年的计量器具检定/校准/检测费用

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：提供法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件，或自然人的身份证明

2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料（提供2020年以来任意一个月依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料。如依法免税或不需要缴纳社会保障资金的，须提供相应证明材料）

3）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：财务状况报告：提供财务报告或基本开户银行出具的资信证明或专业担保机构出具的投标担保函

4）履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力：投标人为代理商的，从事第三类医疗器械经营的应取得《医疗器械经营许可证》或有效期内的《医疗器械经营企业许可证》，从事第二类医疗器械经营的，应取得《第二类医疗器械经营备案凭证》或有效期内的《医疗器械经营企业许可证》；投标人为生产厂商的，应取得药品监督管理部门颁发的《医疗器械生产许可证》或在有效期内的《医疗器械生产企业许可证》；从事第一类医疗器械生产的投标人，应取得《第一类医疗器械生产备案凭证》；投标货物若属于中国医疗器械注册管理范围内的，则应取得监督管理部门颁发的相应的《中华人民共和国医疗器械注册证》
